What is a Co-signer?
A co-signer is someone who is connected to the Defendant. He/She must make sure the Defendant is doing everything they're supposed to be doing. Co-signer must be over 25 years old and employed for at least a year.
Do you assist with Child support, PR, Immigration or Federal Bonds?
J&K Bail Bonds do not assist with these bonds.
What happens when my case ends?
When the defendant case ends, he/she must bring a copy of their disposition form to the agent to be discharged. If a balance is still owed, we ask that the balance is paid.
How can Defendant(s) check-in?
The defendant can contact the agent via phone or email.
When my case gets disposed, do I get a refund?
J&K Bail Bonds do not issue refunds.
How do I make a payment?
The defendant can call the agent to make arrangements to meet. J&K Bail Bonds accept cash payments (exact change), debit card, or money order. Cash app is also available!
